Analysis of browsing behavior and statistics: The information collected through cookies and other similar tracking technologies allows us to analyze the browsing behavior of Users.

Registration data. In order to register to the Signalit Platform, it will be necessary to process the Name, phone number and email address of the person who has registered.

Data necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship. 

The registration data will be processed by Signalit in order to give the User access to the Platform, as well as to manage communications between both parties.

Signalit will process the personal data while the contract between the parties remains force and, once the contract is terminated, the data will be blocked for the necessary period to comply with Signalit’ s legal obligations. At the end of this term, the data will be definitively deleted.

User data. Username, password, first and last name.

Data necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship. 

User identification. 

The personal data will be processed by Signalit for the period necessary for the execution of the contract. Said data will be blocked in order to comply with Signalit’ s legal obligations and, once this period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.

3. To which recipients will your data be disclosed?  

We process your personal data confidentially in accordance with current legislation. Unless otherwise stated, your personal data will not be provided to third parties. 

In particular, we disclose your data as follows:

• Hosting service providers.

• Analytical service providers

• Marketing service providers

• Security service providers

The aforementioned providers may be located in jurisdictions that generally do not provide adequate safeguards in relation to the processing of personal data. For all entities that are not part of the European Economic Area (EEA), Signalit has entered into contracts with such entities that include such safeguards, including the European Commission's model clauses. 

Users may obtain more information about technology service providers by requesting the same from Signalit through the means of contact provided in this privacy policy. 

Also, Signalit may communicate your data to

• Any company interested in buying or acquiring the company or a part of its business and, accordingly, give access to any national or international auditor to perform its due diligence.

• We may make the data available to authorities to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, or of Signalit’ s policies.

• We require that all third parties respect the security of your personal data and process it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

4. Security and confidentiality  

Signalit undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures in accordance with the applicable regulations in order to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorized communication of or access to such data. Personal data shall be processed as confidential by Signalit, which undertakes to inform and to ensure by a legal or contractual obligation that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, partners, and any person to whom it makes the information accessible.

5. Data protection rights 

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and, if applicable, limitation of processing and portability of data by sending an email to legal@onum.com. 

Furthermore, the User may lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, and in particular, to the Agencia Española de Proteccion de Datos (www.aepd.es) if the User considers that the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if the User considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the applicable regulations. 

6. Data processed as Data Processor 

Signalit may also process personal data for which the User is responsible as Data Controller, (i.e. Signalit acting as Data Processor).

Signalit shall be the data processor of the Personal Data of the Users collected and processed through the Platform, including the information regarding Users statics concerning usage of the Platform.

When providing Personal Data, Signalit shall be considered a data processor acting on behalf of the Client. In this respect, Signalit shall comply with the obligations set out in the Data Processing Agreement. 

7. Changes of this Privacy Policy 

Signalit reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User through a notice on the Website, together with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
